The Person and The Situation – Big Lessons of Social Psychology
Lee Ross, Ph.D, Stanford University, Professor of Social Psychology.
Lee Ross developed, along with R. Nisbett, an encompassing framework of three foundational principles for social psychology in the 1990s in a text called The Person and the Situation. 

Andrew Ward, Ph.D. Swarthmore College, Pennsylvania, Associate Professor of Social Psychology.
Chosen by Lee Ross to stand in for him after suffering a sudden illness, Andrew Ward has conducted research and published with Lee Ross for the past 18 years on the psychology of misunderstanding and conflict. He is acting director for the Peace and Conflict Center at Swarthmore College and studies environmental factors affecting self control.
